报告人简介：

Dr. V. G. Georgiev is a physicist, entrepreneur, and lecturer with deep expertise in nuclear and particle physics, quantum technologies, and artificial intelligence. He earned his degree from Sofia University, Bulgaria, and completed a PhD in nuclear physics at Louisiana State University, USA. His scientific work includes experience at prestigious institutions such as Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (USA) and CSIC (Spain).

As a dedicated teacher, Dr. Georgiev has contributed to physics education at the University of California, California State University, and Sichuan University, China. He is an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Advanced Physical Studies (Bulgaria), Ronin Institute (RIIS 2.0), and the National Coalition of Independent Scholars (NCIS).

His scientific research explores fundamental interactions in nature, in the past he studied oblique basis for nuclear shell model, exactly solvable pairing models, and 3-body interactions in nuclear physics. His current focus is on dark energy and dark matter phenomena through the Scale Invariant Vacuum (SIV) paradigm and Reparametrization Invariant Scaling Symmetry (RISS). He has published over 70 papers and has more than 1k citations. Dr. Gueorguiev is also an accomplished educator, contributing to physics curricula worldwide. Recently, he has become an aspiring entrepreneur and mentor, scientifically via the Quantum Open Source Foundation (QOSF) and business-wise via the SCORE organization in the USA.

讲座内容：

The oblique basis method is reviewed from engineering point of view related to vibration and control theory. Examples are used to demonstrate and relate the oblique basis in nuclear physics to the equivalent mathematical  problems in vibration theory. The mathematical techniques, such as principal coordinates and root locus, used by vibration and control theory engineers are shown to be relevant to the Richardson - Gaudin pairing-like problems as well as the А-body exactly solvable pairing in nuclear physics.
